Chaga Crock Pot

I put water in my small crock pot almost to the top, and then sprinkle in about two spoonsfuls of chaga tea  and let it cook on slow for about 4-6 hours, sampling the tea with a ladle during the brewing.  It is a great way to make a large batch of tea everyday.  Over the past year, I have lost over 50 pounds from drinking this chaga tea daily, and have also noticed many other health benefits.
